Refund policy
We have a final sale policy, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for most orders. To ensure you are happy with your purchase, please review product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve your request quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your issue is approved, we will provide instructions for next steps, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation and availability.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items sold through the C.A.R.E. Foundation NJ shop are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to our final sale policy. This includes, but is not limited to, apparel, accessories, and any promotional or discounted items. We also do not accept returns for gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, please contact us and we will help you as best we can.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is a verified issue with your order (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), contact us at carefoundationnj@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at carefoundationnj@gmail.com.
